Our clinical research staff are certified and thoroughly trained to follow sponsor protocols, as well as current FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs). This commitment to compliance and precision ensures both patient safety and the integrity of clinical data.

All staff maintain up-to-date training in:

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• IATA certification

• Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Interactive Voice/Web Response Systems (IVRS/IWRS)​

Additionally, our team is trained in performing on-site procedures such as EKGs, blood draws, IV administration of investigational products, and vital sign collection. Staff are also equipped to conduct home visits, virtual/remote study visits, and follow-up calls as required by the study protocol.
